ALPHA PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes how Alpha Capital Partners, LLC and its affiliates (collectively “Alpha”) collects and handles the personal information about individuals who use our website, applications, or services. By using our website or services, you consent to our collection and use of information as explained in this Policy and agree to be bound by our Terms of Use. If you choose to invest with Alpha Capital, you may be required to agree to a separate agreement, including, but not limited to, new or additional privacy notices or terms of use.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Alpha collects personal information from you when you sign up for an account, make an investment, verify your identity or accredited investor status, provide payment instructions or communicate with us through our online investor portal, email, or offline means. Some of this information identifies you directly, such as your email address, name, phone number, birthday, age, Social Security number and/or taxpayer identification number, assets and income, information from your transactions with us, such as your account balance and account usage, physical address such as home or business address, answers to questionnaires or surveys, or responses filled in on blank forms made available on our website. We also obtain personal information from others, such as the Internal Revenue Service and credit reporting agencies.

Note however that if you are a user of our service we will send you administrative communications that are reasonably necessary.

However, the third party data analytics service providers we engage to provide reports on our website usage may use the data obtained when you visit our website for their own business and commercial purposes.
Agents, Consultants and Service Providers: Alpha, like many businesses, engages other companies to perform certain business-related services. Examples of these services from such third parties include ID verification, accreditation/financial/credit verification, managing account usernames and passwords, electronic document signing, payment storing and processing, sending postal mail and e-mail, escrow services, disbursement of funds, and technology management services. We also use service providers for providing marketing assistance and research and customer service. YOUR CHOICES ABOUT USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Updating Account Information. If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, amend, delete or request deletion by making the change in your registered account settings page, by emailing our technical support team at tech-ops@alphacapitalpartners.com by contacting us at the contact information listed below.
Marketing Emails. When you sign up for our services, we may send periodic emails to you regarding our services or to tell you about services we believe will be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive such marketing or promotional e-mails from us, you may unsubscribe completely by using the unsubscribe feature in these emails or by emailing us at tech-ops@alphacapitalpartners.com. Please note that opt-out requests may take up to two (2) weeks to process. Please also note that we may need to continue to send you e-mail communications that are transactional in nature such as service or termination announcements or payment confirmations which are necessary to our transactions with you and not available for opting-out.
Restricting Cookies and Other Internet Tracking Technologies. You can control how cookies and other internet and mobile application technologies are used to track and log data about your internet usage and to deliver personalized advertisements to you on our Websites and third-party websites. You should also password protect any device you use to access your Alpha account and be sure to log off when finished that that other people cannot access your account information.
RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, and for a commercially reasonable period after completing our services for electronic backup and historical recordkeeping. We will also retain your information as appropriate to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may also retain and use your information after providing the services to you for our marketing purposes (unless you instruct us to stop sending communications to you).
THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
The Alpha website may contain links to other websites and services not maintained by Alpha. In addition, other websites and services may also reference or link to the Alpha website. SOCIAL MEDIA FEATURES
Our website may include social media features such as the Facebook “Like” button, Twitter, and other “share this” buttons. These features are interactive mini-programs and may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our website. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY POLICY
The Alpha website is not intended for use by children. No one under eighteen (18) years of age is allowed to use the website, provide any personal information or receive our email distributions. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Alpha website is maintained in the United States of America. By accessing the Alpha website, you consent to and authorize the export of your personal to the United States of America and its storage and use as specified in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by, construed and entered in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania applicable to contracts deemed to be made within such state, without regard to choice of law or conflict of law provisions thereof. All disputes with respect to this Privacy Policy shall be brought and heard either in the Court of Common Pleas located in the county of Washington, Pennsylvania or the federal district court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. You consent to the in personam jurisdiction and venue of such courts. YOU HEREBY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM, ACTION OR PROCEEDING, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATING TO, THIS AGREEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
