The property is comprised of 33 two and three-story buildings with a mix of flats and town homes. Clear Point Gardens is located within the thriving Columbus multi-family market and has been well maintained with about $5M+ in capital improvements over the past 5 years.
The location provides direct access to both I-71 and I-270-, the main auxiliary interstate of Columbus, and to major employers in the area. It also gives residents convenient access to Columbus’ major healthcare, education, and entertainment centers.
